With an 8-year background in the Enneagram and over 25 years of educational leadership experience, Mary Katherine Duffy bridges the gap between
self-awareness and organizational growth.
She has brought transformative Enneagram training to 29 different organizations—including school leadership teams, faculty, school boards, non-profits, and corporate groups. As a former Head of School who spent 17 years managing diverse teams, faculty retention, and complex organizational boards, she understands firsthand the exact relational friction and strategic challenges modern leaders face.
Today, Mary Katherine combines practical leadership strategy with the power of the Enneagram to help teams communicate effortlessly, reduce conflict, and achieve lasting success.
