Executive Coaching 

Mary Katherine offers an executive coaching program that will help you develop more effective communication skills as well as improve your ability to manage conflict and change. Most leaders are working in ever changing environments that require courageous leadership, an ability to navigate sensitive situations, and the required skills to effectively manage a diverse workforce. With MK as your executive coach, you will clarify your core values, understand your own leadership and personality style, and find an ideal work-life balance.

  • One Full 1:1 visit with client for intake assessment and goal setting

  • Additional half-day visits to the school (one per quarter) to advance learning goals (depending on package)

  • Twice per month 1-hour video sessions

  • Enneagram assessment and coaching

  • Leadership training

  • Access to coach via text, phone or email

  • Access to content created by me.

Individual Coaching

Our  Vision

Meet  Mary Katherine

With almost 25 years of experience in education, the last 17 running an independent school, Mary Katherine Duffy brings a wealth of experience and knowledge of independent school management and leadership. Mary Katherine began her career in business and real estate in 1991, pivoting to education when she was hired as a high school business education teacher in the Harlingen Consolidated ISD. In 2002, she was named the Head of School at St. Alban’s Episcopal Day school in Harlingen, Texas. During her 17 years at St. Alban’s, she gained a tremendous amount of experience in faculty and student retention, enrollment strategy, financial management, and organizational development. Additionally, she was responsible for developing a robust annual giving campaign and an annual signature fundraising event co-led by the church and school and benefiting both entities. In 2014, she spearheaded a capital campaign, in partnership with St. Alban’s Episcopal church, resulting in the renovation and construction of over 3.5 million dollars in facilities.
