Since learning that she is a Type 7 on the Enneagram, Mary Katherine has committed a significant amount of time to learning and developing her own understanding of this ancient knowledge for herself, as well as using it to help others in their leadership development and self-awareness. The Enneagram is an ancient personality typing system that attempts to describe how human beings are wired, both positively and negatively. This system will help you understand WHY people do what they do, WHY we have conflicts with some people but not others, and HOW we can become more aware of our blind spots. Learning more about this allows people to know themselves in a deeper way so they can do their jobs more effectively and work with a variety of people in the workplace. The training Mary Katherine offers will teach the basics of the nine different types of personalities, assist team members in identifying their dominant Enneagram type and engage the whole team in communication, conflict management and team dynamics.
